朱氏伤科舒筋活血药配合正脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation by Zhu’s Injury Department“Shujin Huoxue Medicine”Combined with Spine Manipulation

目的:观察朱氏伤科舒筋活血药配合正脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组患者采用舒筋活血药口服配合朱氏正脊手法治疗,对照组患者采用常规腰椎牵引配合美洛昔康分散片口服治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后JOA、VAS评分以及总有效率。结果:经过治疗,治疗组患者总有效率显著高于对照组,JOA评分显著高于对照组,VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:朱氏伤科舒筋活血药配合正脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症可明显减轻患者腰部疼痛,改善腰椎功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of shujin huoxue medicine combined with spinal manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were Randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group was treated orally with Zhu’s injury department"shujin huoxue medicine"combined with zhu’s spinal manipulation,and the control group was treated orally with routine lumbar traction combined with meloxicam dispersible tablets.Lower back pain score(JOA)and pain score(VAS)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the total therapeutic efficiency was compared between the two groups.Results:the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,JOA score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and VAS score was lower than that in the control group,all showing significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of shujin huoxue medicine combined with spinal manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is better,which can obviously reduce the pain in the lower back and improve the lumbar function.
