支气管动脉化疗栓塞联合中药治疗中晚期肺癌

Clinical Experience of Bronchial Artery Chemoembolization Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Advanced Lung Cancer

基于肺癌的病因病机及其辨证论治,龚红卫教授提出"扶正"贯穿疾病始终、术后短期"止咳化痰、活血化瘀",术后远期"软坚散结、扶正抗癌"等治疗原则,探讨龚教授运用支气管动脉化疗栓塞联合中药治疗中晚期肺癌的临证经验,以期为晚期非小细胞肺癌老年患者提供一种新的治疗思路。

Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer and its treatment based on syndrome differentiation,Professor Gong Hongwei proposed its treatment principles,including"strengthenging vital qi"throughout the disease,"relieving cough and resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis"in the short-term after operation,and"resolving hard lump,strengthenging the body resistant and againsting cancer"in the long-term after operation,ect.To explore Professor Gong’s clinical experience in the treatment of advanced lung cancer with bronchial artery chemoembolization combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine,so as to provide a new treatment idea for the elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
