Research on Professor Li Xuelin’s 502 Cases of Xiaoqinglong Decoction Treatment

目的:采用数据挖掘方法分析李学麟教授临床运用小青龙汤的辨治规律及思路。方法:筛选李学麟教授在福建中医药大学附属人民医院门诊部应用小青龙汤的医案,资料信息输入"古今医案云平台(V2.1)"软件,构建数据库,通过软件的"数据挖掘"模块,选择频次分析、关联规则等方法分析李学麟教授运用小青龙汤的病种、临床表现、药物频数以及四诊与药物关联组合等规律。结果:李学麟教授运用小青龙汤治疗的中医病种主要为咳嗽、哮病、感冒等,西医主要是支气管炎、哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺病等;临床常见症状为咳嗽、咳痰、痰白、苔白等;除小青龙汤中药物外,常用加味中药有燀苦杏仁、茯苓、射干、地龙等;常见四诊与药物关联组合有:咳嗽-燀苦杏仁、咳痰-茯苓、鼻塞-辛夷、夜间加重和遇寒加重-炮附片等。结论:运用数据挖掘技术可客观分析李学麟教授运用小青龙汤的诊疗规律及临床思路,为名医经验的传承和发展提供参考。

Objective:To use data mining methods to analyze Li Xuelin’s clinical application of Xiaoqinglong decoction’s diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Select the medical records of Professor Li Xuelin’s application of Xiaoqinglong decoction in the outpatient department of the Affiliated People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The information is input into the"Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform(V2.1)"software to build a database,and through the software’s"data mining"module,select frequency analysis,association rules and other methods to analyze the rules of Professor Li Xuelin’s use of Xiaoqinglong decoction on disease types,clinical manifestations,drug frequency,and combination of four diagnoses and drugs.Results:The types of diseases that Professor Li Xuelin treats with Xiaoqinglong decoction are mainly cough,asthma,cold,etc.Western medicine is mainly bronchitis,asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,etc.Common clinical symptoms are cough,expectoration,white sputum,white fur,etc.In addition to the traditional Chinese medicine of Xiaoqinglong decoction,the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines include Bitter Almond,Poria,Shegan,Dilong,etc.Common four-diagnosis and drug-related combinations are:coughBitter Almond,expectoration-Poria,nasal congestion-Xinyi,night aggravation and cold aggravation-Aconite,etc.Conclusion:Using data mining technology can objectively analyze the diagnosis and treatment rules and clinical ideas of Li Xuelin’s application of Xiaoqinglong decoction,and provide an important method for the inheritance and development of the experience of famous doctors.
