三伏贴治疗慢性消化系统疾病疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Dog Day Paste in the Treatment of Chronic Digestive System Diseases

目的:观察应用三伏贴治疗慢性消化系统疾病的疗效,并探讨不同慢性消化系统疾病及不同中医证型与临床疗效的关系。方法:选取2017年7月-2019年8月于湖北省中医院脾胃科门诊就诊并符合纳入标准的147例慢性消化系统疾病患者,根据证型将患者分为脾胃虚寒组、脾虚湿蕴组及脾胃虚弱组,分别予以健脾温胃暖肠贴、健脾和胃化湿贴及健脾益胃固元贴穴位敷贴治疗,观察治疗前与初伏、二伏治疗后的中医证候评分及临床疗效差异,比较不同慢性消化系统疾病之间的临床疗效,分析证型与临床疗效的关系。结果:初伏治疗后有效率为48.30%,二伏治疗后有效率为57.14%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前与初伏、二伏治疗后的中医证候评分变化均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),表示治疗后患者的临床症状有所改善,且初伏治疗后与二伏治疗后的中医证候评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同慢性消化系统疾病在初伏及二伏治疗后均取得一定的临床疗效,但不同疾病之间的疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。且脾胃虚寒组、脾虚湿蕴组、脾胃虚弱组的临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:三伏贴在治疗慢性消化系统疾病上具有一定的临床疗效,且症状改善明显,但不同疾病、不同证型与临床疗效之间无明显关系。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of the application of the dog day paste on the treatment of chronic digestive system diseases,and to explore the relationship between different chronic digestive system diseases and different TCM syndrome types and clinical efficacy.Methods:From July 2017 to August 2019,147 patients with chronic digestive system diseases were divided into spleen and stomach deficiency cold group,spleen deficiency dampness accumulation group and spleen and stomach weakness group according to the syndrome type.The patients were treated with invigorating spleen,warming stomach and warming intestine paste,invigorating spleen and harmonizing stomach for eliminating dampne paste and invigorating spleen and tonifying stomach guyuan paste sticking point application,respectively,and observing the difference of TCM syndrome score and clinical curative effect between before and after treatment,comparing the clinical efficacy of different chronic digestive system diseases,analyzing the relationship between syndrome types and clinical curative effect.Results:The effective rate was 48.30%after the first of the three ten-day periods of the hot season treatment and 57.14%after the second of the three ten-day periods of the hot season treatment,the difference between the two was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The changes in TCM syndrome scores before and after the first and second of the three ten-day periods of the hot season treatments were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating an improvement in the clinical symptoms of the patients after treatment.And the difference of TCM symptom scores was statistically significant after the first of the three ten-day periods of the hot season treatment and after the second of the three ten-day periods of the hot season treatment(P<0.05).Different chronic digestive system diseases had a certain clinical curative effect after the first and second of the three ten-day periods of the hot season treatment,but the difference of curative effect between different diseases was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy among spleen and stomach deficiency cold group,spleen deficiency dampness accumulation group and spleen and stomach weakness group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The dog day paste has certain clinical effect in the treatment of chronic digestive system diseases,and the symptoms have improved significantly,but there is no significant relationship between different diseases,different syndrome types and clinical efficacy.
