基于“五脏”论治卵巢癌研究现状

Research Status of the Treatment of Ovarian Cancer Based on “The Five Internal Organs”

卵巢癌是女性生殖系统中常见的恶性肿瘤,其致死率高居妇科恶性肿瘤首位,给女性工作和生活带来了极大不便。手术联合化疗是卵巢癌主要治疗手段,但具有较大副作用。中医认为卵巢癌多由脏腑功能失调引起,中医药治疗卵巢癌疗效显著,但缺乏较系统的论述。通过查阅相关文献资料,基于脾、肝、肾、心、肺五脏对卵巢癌相关中医病因病机、治法方药以及相关中药提取物实验研究进行综述,以期丰富卵巢癌的中医药理论,为临床治疗提供依据。

Ovarian cancer is a common malignant tumor in the female reproductive system,with the highest mortality rate among gynecological malignant tumors,which makes inconvenience for the feminine in work and the life.Surgery combined with chemotherapy is the main treatment for ovarian cancer,but accompanied with significant side effects.In the view of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),ovarian cancer was considered to be caused by the dysfunction of the five viscera,and the effect of TCM on ovarian cancer was prominent,but a more systematic study is needed.By searching on relevant literature,basing on spleen,liver,kidney,heart and lung,we reviewed the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of ovarian cancer in TCM In order to enrich the theory of TCM in ovarian cancer and provide the basis for the clinic.
