Analysis of the Research Status of Clinical Equivalence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dispensing Granule

中药配方颗粒的便捷性深受患者青睐,其临床应用符合中医药理论的要求,能最大限度地保持传统汤剂的特点。除国家进行的试点生产企业外,近年来各省也加快了对中药配方颗粒研究。结合中药饮片相关法律、法规和政策文件,检索分析20世纪80年代至今的中药配方颗粒临床等效性的相关文献,了解当前中药配方颗粒临床等效性研究现状,为建立适合中药配方颗粒(中药饮片)的临床评价体系建言。

Convenient traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)dispensing granuleis widely accepted by patients,and its clinical application meets the requirements of TCM theory,which can maintain the characteristics of traditional decoction to the greatest extent.In addition to the pilot production enterprises carried out by the state,in recent years provinces have also accelerated the research on it.Combining the laws,regulations and policy documents to search and analyze the literature related to the clinical equivalence of(TCM)dispensing granule from the 1980 sto the present,to understand its current research status of the clinical equivalence,and to establish advice on the clinical evaluation system of(TCM)dispensing granule(decoction).
