高效液相色谱法同时测定中成药金莲清热胶囊中3种成分

Simultaneous Determination of Three Constituents in Chinese Patent Drug Jinlian Qinre CapsuLes by HPLC

目的:建立中成药金莲清热胶囊的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对金莲清热胶囊中荭草苷、牡荆苷和毛蕊花糖苷进行含量测定。色谱柱采用Welch(月旭)C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),柱温:30℃,流动相A为乙腈,流动相B为0.2%冰醋酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为340nm。结果:荭草苷线性范围为0.1008~0.4032mg·mL-1(r=0.9996),加样回收率96.9%,RSD为1.30%;牡荆苷线性范围为0.0805~0.3220mg·mL-1(r=0.9997),加样回收率95.6%,RSD为1.73%;毛蕊花糖苷线性范围为0.0062~0.0248mg·mL-1(r=0.9996),加样回收率为88.9%,RSD为2.76。结论:该方法准确、快捷、重复性好、简单易行,可用于中成药金莲清热胶囊的质量控制。

Objective:To established for content determination of Chinese patent drug Jinlian Qinre capsules.Methods:An HPLC method was established for the determination of orientin,vitexin and acteoside in the Jinlian Qinre capsuLes.The chromatographic column was Welch C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the column temperature was 30℃,the mobile phase A was acetonitrile solution,B was acetic acid solution,gradient elution,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/mL,and the detection wavelength was 340 nm.Results:Orientin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.0805~0.3220 mg·mL-1(r=0.9997),and the average recovery was 96.9%,RSD=1.30%.Vitexin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.0805~0.3220 mg·mL-1(r=0.9997),and the average recovery was95.6%,RSD=1.73%.Acteoside showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.0062~0.0248 mg·mL-1(r=0.9996),and the average recovery was 88.9%,RSD=2.76%.Conclusion:The method is accurate,quick,reproducible,simple and feasible,which can be used for the quality control of Jinlian Qinre capsules.
