摘要
目的:比较不同产地丹参药材的质量。方法:35批来源于四川、陕西、河南、山东和安徽的丹参样品,通过热浸法、冷浸法、高效液相色谱法测定丹参中水分、浸出物、丹参酮类、丹酚酸B的含量,比较不同产地丹参质量差异;同时采用HPLC方法建立丹参的指纹图谱,并进行聚类分析。结果:河南丹参醇溶性浸出物和丹酚酸B含量最高,四川丹参水溶性浸出物含量最高,山东丹参酮类含量最高。35批丹参指纹图谱相似度较高(>0.97)。聚类分析将35批样品分为两大类,山东莒县旗山镇1批单独聚为一类,其余34批样品聚为一大类。结论:按照药典标准,各产地丹参药材质量较优,但不同产地丹参在化学成分含量上存在一定差异。
Objective:To compare the quality of Salvia miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma from different areas.Methods:35 batches Salvia miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma samples from Sichuan,Shaanxi,Henan,Shandong and Anhui were collected.The colddip method,ultraviolet spectrophotometry and HPLC were applied to determine the content of water,water soluble extract,alcohol extracts,tanshinones and salvianolic acid B in Salvia miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and at the same time,HPLC gradient elution was used to eatablish fingerprint system,which then was given cluster analysis.Results:The content of alcohol extracts and salvianolic acid B was the highest in Salvia miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma from Henan.The content of water soluble extract was the highest in Salvia miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma from Sichuan.The content of tanshinones was the highest in Salvia miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma from Shandong.The similarity of HPLC fingerprints of 35 batches Salvia miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma was higher(>0.97).The cluster analysis showed that these 35 samples could be divided into two categories,one included one sample from Qishan Town in Shandong Province,and other one included 34 batehes samples.Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma from different areas hans definite difference in quality,but the overall quality is stable.
