肿瘤化疗后恶心呕吐的中医治疗研究进展

近年来,肿瘤发病率及死亡率逐年攀升。化疗是肿瘤治疗常用手段之一,但毒副作用明显,尤以消化道反应最常见,往往导致化疗不能按时足量完成,影响临床疗效。中医药治疗化疗后恶心呕吐等副作用手段多样,包括中药、针刺、艾灸、穴位注射、耳穴压豆等,具有明显优势。对近年来中医药治疗肿瘤化疗后胃肠道不良反应的文献进行分析和总结,阐述其病因病机、辨证论治及其治疗方法等,旨在为治疗化疗后恶心呕吐提供参考。

In recent years,tumor morbidity and mortality have increased year by year.Chemotherapy is one of the common methods for the treatment of tumors,but its side effects are obvious,especially the digestive tract reactions,which often lead to the failure to complete chemotherapy on time and in sufficient quantities,affecting the clinical efficacy.Traditional Chinese medicine has diversified methods for treating nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy,including traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint injection,and auricular point pressing,which have obvious advantages.A retrospective analysis and summary of the literature on gastrointestinal adverse reactions after chemotherapy with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of tumors in recent years,expounding its etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and treatment methods,aiming to provide reference for the majority of medical staff in the treatment of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy.
