膝关节滑膜炎中药外治法研究进展

Research Progress on Treating Gonarthromeningitis with Traditional Chinese Medicine

通过查阅近年来采用中药外治法治疗膝关节滑膜炎的相关文献报道,对中药外敷、中药熏蒸、中药塌渍、中药熨烫、中药透皮、中药封包、中药蜡疗和中药离子导入等治疗膝关节滑膜炎的疗效和特点进行探讨。目前中药外治法治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床应用和作用机制探讨尚存在较多问题,但其临床疗效显著、安全性高、易于患者接受,尤其是中药外治联合中药内服和中药外治联合西药等综合疗法,值得临床进一步推广使用。

By consulting the relevant literature of external treatment of gonarthromeningitis with traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),we discussed the curative effect and characteristics of different external treatments.In recent years,TCM external treatment of gonarthromeningitis still have many problems in the clinical application and mechanism,but its clinical efficacy is significant,safety is high,and easy for patients to accept.The external treatment of TCM,especially the combination therapy,is worthy of further promotion in clinical use.
