摘要
目的:收集研究现代临床中采用针刺治疗小儿注意力缺陷多动症的数据,利用复杂网络技术探寻其拓扑结构规律。方法:收集2020年3月前国内外以针刺为主治疗小儿注意力缺陷多动症的临床研究文献,建立数据矩阵,运用Gephi0.9.2软件构建复杂网络并计算相关参数。结果:最终纳入62篇文献,提取127条腧穴处方;构建的针刺为主治疗小儿注意力缺陷多动症腧穴处方复杂网络具有小世界效应和无标度特性。核心经脉为膀胱经、督脉,腧穴配伍多上下、远近配穴,百会与神门最为常见;社团划分结合K-core运算,结果包含主穴、原穴、背俞穴3类,26个核心腧穴。结论:头部腧穴为临床针刺治疗小儿注意力缺陷多动症的首选,特定穴用以调整心、肝、脾、肾之阴阳平衡,临床中应注重醒神开窍、调神治气。
Objective:To collect data from studies of acupuncture for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and explore the rules of topology model based on complex network.Methods:Collecting the clinical research literatures using acupuncture as main therapy for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder from both here and abroad before March 2020.Establishing a data matrix,build the complex network mode and calculating the index by Gephi 0.9.2 software.Results:Finally,62 literatures were available and 127 prescriptions were extracted.The complex network of acupuncture for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder had the characteristics of small world effect and scale-free property.The Bladder Meridian and Governor Vessel were the core meridians.The combination of up and down,distal and nearby points was most common,which include the top 1 combination of Baihui(GV 20)and Shenmen(HT 7).K-core analysis after modularity class showed that there were 26 core acupoints devided into 3 clusters.Conclusion:Acupoints located on the head are the first choice in the treatment of acupuncture for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.Specific Points are used to regulate the balance of Yin and Yang of heart,liver,spleen and kidney.More attention should be paid to activate brain function,regulate Spirit and Qi.
