覆盖措施对连作半夏琥珀酸及土壤养分的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对不同覆盖措施下半夏的指标成分及土壤养分进行研究,探讨覆盖措施对半夏质量及土壤养分的影响。方法:按照2015年版《中国药典》要求测定半夏中的琥珀酸含量,采用碱解扩散法测定土壤中有效氮含量,NH4F-HCL法测定有效磷含量,NH4OAc浸提-火焰光度法测定速效钾含量。结果:采收期半夏中琥珀酸含量高、低顺序为玉米秆覆盖>稻草覆盖>常规栽种,其根际土壤有效氮、磷、钾含量表现为稻草覆盖最高,玉米秆覆盖次之,常规栽种最低,且不同覆盖措施土壤有效氮、磷含量差异显著。结论:覆盖玉米秆或者稻草有助于半夏生长后期琥珀酸的累积,且有助于半夏连作后土壤肥力的恢复与提高。 Objective:To study on the index component and soil nutrients of Pinellia ternata under different mulching measures,and explore the effects of mulching measures on quality of Pinellia ternata and soil nutrient.Methods:The content of succinic acid was determined according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015).Soil available nitrogen was determined by alkali hydrolysis diffusion method,available phosphorus was determined by NH4F-HCL method,and available potassium was determined by NH4OAc extraction-flame photometry.Results:The content of succinic acid in Pinellia ternata during harvesting time was maize straw mulching>rice straw mulching>conventional planting.The content of available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium was the highest in rice straw mulching,followed by maize straw mulching,and the lowest in conventional planting,with significant difference in available nitrogen and phosphorus.Conclusion:Covering corn stalk or rice straw helps the accumulation of succinic acid in the late growth stage of Pinellia ternata,and contributes to the restoration and improvement of soil fertility after continuous cropping of it.
