摘要
首先总结了关于系统弹性的大量文献,结合已有弹性概念给出了运输网络系统的弹性定义。同时从运输网络自身特性和弹性管理措施两个方面分别对货运网、铁路和地铁网、水路和海事网络、航空网络的影响因素进行了分析论述,并对几种运输网络的影响因素进行了对比,归纳总结了几种运输网络所共有的影响因素和自身独有因素,并列出了属性列表。弹性属性有助于提升运输网络系统从中断状态恢复的整体能力。
A large amount of literature on system resilience is summarized firstly,and the resilience definition of transportation network system is given in combination with the existing resilience concept.At the same time,the influencing factors of freight transportation network,railway and metro network,waterway and maritime network and air network are analyzed from two aspects of own characteristics and resilience management measures for transportation network.The influencing factors of several transportation networks are compared.The common factors and unique factors to several transportation networks are summarized,and the resilience attributes are listed.The resilience attributes help improve the overall ability of the transportation network system to recover from interrupt.
