A second donation by the city of Nantong,Jiangsu province,of 3,000 face masks arrived in the Italian city of Siena at the beginning of 2021to help it fight a second wave of the coronavirus.Luigi De Mossi,mayor of Siena,sent a letter of gratitude soon afterward in which he praised Nantong for its kindness in supporting the Italian city and wished its citizens a happy New Year with greetings on the cloud.
