On May 8,the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the Fujian Provincial People’s Government co-hosted a"Seminar on Poverty Alleviation,Development and Progress of Human Rights in China"in Ningde,Fujian province.Lin Songtian,the association’s president,gave a keynote speech at the seminar.The more than 70 participants included Vice-Governor Guo Ningning of Fujian province.
