In mid-October,the State Council printed and issued Opinions on Promoting High Quality Development of Inner Mongolia and Striving to Write a New Chapter of Chinese Path to Modernization(referred to as Opinions in short),which puts forth that we need to enhance the exploration and utilization of strategic resources such as rare earth.To support Inner Mongolia’s systematic prospecting evaluation.
