摘要
In order to implement 14th Five-Year Industrial Green Development Plan,promote the standard development of waste copper and aluminum processing and utilization industry,and enhance resource utilization efficiency,in early June,MIIT formulated Industry Standard Conditions for Processing and Utilization of Waste Copper and Aluminum(the Standard in short),and solicits public opinions.The Standard incorporates eight aspects:firstly,principles;secondly,enterprise deployment and project site selecting;thirdly,scale,equipment and process;fourthly,comprehensive resource utilization and energy consumption;fifthly,environmental protection;sixthly,product quality and vocational education;seventhly,safe production,vocational health and social responsibility;eighthly,supervision management.
