In early February,XTC made an announcement that the Company entered into Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement together with Jiujiang Municipal People’s Government and Jiangxi Tungsten Holding Group Co.,Ltd.(Jiangxi Tungsten Holding in short below).The cooperation mainly incorporates three aspects:1)To co-promote the development and construction of Dahutang Tungsten mine and to overall arrange resource exploration in North Jiangxi such as Dawutang;2)Jiujiang Municipal Government and XTC support Jiangxi Tungsten Holding in acquiring the equity of Jiangxi Jutong Industry Co.,Ltd.(associated with XTC)in multiple ways,and Jiangxi Tungsten Holding holds 30%of total equity;3)Jiujiang Municipal Government provides support in terms of project elements according to laws and regulations;meanwhile,to guarantee that SOEs of Jiujiang gain the equity of Jiangxi Jutong(no more than 5%)in multiple ways.
