Bolivia in South America boasts the richest lithium resource reserves in the world,but with no industrialized development in local region.This situation might be improved in 2023.On January,20th,local time,MHE announced that Yacimientos de Litio Bolivianos(YLB)entered into the framework agreement with CBC,a Chinese consortium,on lithium resource exploiting,extraction and sales.CBC will invest USD 1 billion in the first phase in the construction of roads,infrastructure and power supply and so on.
