Zijin Mining Makes Bold Deployments in Domestic Lithium Market Desiring to Acquire A Lithium Ore in Tibet At The Rate of RMB 4.9 Billion

A giant company in Chinese ore world,Zijin Mining,decides to make bold deployments in lithium resource,namely acquiring a lithium ore in Tibet at the rate of RMB 4.9 billion.In the evening of April,29,Zijin Mining announced that it would invest RMB 7.68 billion in acquiring four assets affiliated to a Zhejiang private company,Dun’an Group.The core asset is Zhejiang Jinshi Mining Co.,Ltd.(referred to as Jinshi Mining),at the rate of RMB 4.9 billion.An affiliated company of Jinshi Mining owns a salt lake project in Laguocuo,Tibet.
