In the middle of August,Contemporary Amperex Technology and Shanghai Municipal Government entered into Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation,which indicates that Contemporary Amperex Technology plans to establish its global innovation center,international function head,future energy research institute and high-end manufacturing base in Shanghai.
