城乡接合部传统街区微更新的乡土传承与表达——以武夷山南门街区改造为例

Local Inheritance and Expression of the Micro Renovation of the Traditional Blocks in the Rural-urban Fringe——A Case of the Reconstruction of Nanmen Block in WuyiMountain

城乡接合部传统街区是比较特殊的区域,其街区的改造应符合所在地特征。以武夷山南门街区为研究对象,基于微更新原则,挖掘南门街区乡土“物”“事”“意”三大元素,以乡土元素介入街区改造设计。通过街区边界空间的重塑和乡土精神场所的营造来修复和更新南门街区空间的乡土意境;基于乡土元素提取的街区建筑修复、街区建筑界面的设立及建筑功能的重置使得街区的建筑乡土符号得以延续和再生;而通过直接引用、符号化处理、组合重构等手法提取适用的乡土元素对街区的设施进行创新设计,这也是修复和更新街区风貌和肌理的有效方法。

The traditional block of the rural-urban fringe is a special area and the reconstruction of the block should conform to the local characteristics.Taking Nanmen Block of Wuyishan as the research object,this paper excavated the three local elements of Nanmen Block,namely“material”,“matter”and“artistic conception”,and used the local elements to intervene in the block reconstruction design based on the principle of micro-renewal.It repaired and updated the local artistic conception of Nanmen block space based on the reconstruction of the block boundary space and the construction of the local spiritual place.Based on the extraction of local elements,it restorated the block building,established the block building interface and reset the building function,and then it made the block building local symbols to continue and regenerate.The appropriate local elements are extracted to the innovative design of block facilities by the methods of direct reference,symbolic processing and combination reconstruction.It was an effective way to repair and update the style and texture of the block.
