摘要
艺术管理教学在逐步走出单纯依赖课堂理论教学的窠臼,同时也面临日益陷入片面依赖现场实践教学的风险。如果理论和实践在教学中未能紧密结合甚至有所脱节,则无法形成有效的艺术管理知识体系和教学内容,难以培养高质量的艺术管理人才,解决之道之一在于构建艺术管理多元主体的知识生产机制并形成多元知识图景。本文以“未来艺管精英计划”系列讲座为讨论中心,借用知识生产模式Ⅱ和三螺旋结构等理论,探讨了艺术管理知识生产的多元主体及其机制,以及所形成的知识图景。在此基础上,本文提出活动组织者作为知识整合交互主导方的概念,并分析了它的主要途径和方式。
The teaching of art management is gradually getting out of the routine of purely relying on classroom theory teaching,and at the same time facing the risk of falling into one-sided reliance on on-site practice teaching.The serious disconnection between theory and practice cannot form an effective art management knowledge system and teaching content,and it is difficult to cultivate high-quality art management talents.The solution lies in the construction of a knowledge production mechanism for the multiple subjects of art management and the formation of a pluralistic knowledge landscape.This paper takes the“Future Arts Management Elite Project”lecture series as the discussion centre,borrows theories such as Knowledge Production Mode II and Triple Helix Structure,and discusses the multiple subjects of arts management knowledge production and its mechanism,as well as the knowledge landscape formed.On this basis this paper proposes the concept of the event organiser as the interactive leading party of knowledge integration and analyses its main approaches and means.
