国有剧院公共艺术教育的个案研究和模式探索——以上海话剧艺术中心为例

Case Study andModel Exploration of Public Arts Education in State-owned Theatre——Take Shanghai Dramatic Arts Centre as an Example

公共艺术教育是国有剧院职能拓展的重要形式。本文以上海话剧艺术中心为个案研究对象,阐述了一家兼具剧团和演出空间的国有剧院开展公共艺术教育时所需的关键因素,并探索其“三位一体”的运行模式。这个模式包含彼此关联的三个因素。第一个因素是“人”,可分为三类人:把戏剧之美带给更多人的、执着的带头人,因热爱而汇聚、化爱好为职业的专业人,以及将戏剧的种子播撒到中小学的播种人。第二个因素是“事”。为了推动事业发展的战略和模式,剧院管理层应以较高的战略定位认知公共艺术教育,并探索适合自身的发展模式,形成品牌化、可持续开展和传播的活动;第三个因素是“境”,包括市场环境和政策环境。各地教育和文化部门应携手进行顶层设计,提供财力支持,对接公共艺术教育服务的供给方和需求方,将优质艺术资源真正引入学校,让国有剧院公共艺术教育的作用充分发挥。

Taking Shanghai Dramatic Arts Centre as a case study,this paper expounds the key factors needed for a state-owned theatre with both theatre company and performance space to carry out public art education,and explores its“trinity”operation mode.This pattern consists of three interrelated factors.The primary factor is“people”,which can be divided into three categories:dedicated leaders who bring the beauty of drama to more people,professionals who gather for love and turn their hobby into a career,and sowers who sow the seeds of drama in primary and secondary schools;The second factor is“things”,which is the strategy and mode of promoting career development.The executive management of the theatre should recognize public art education with a higher strategic positioning,explore the development mode suitable for itself,and form brand-oriented,sustainable development and dissemination activities.The third factor is the“environment”,including the market environment and policy environment.Local education and cultural departments should work together to carry out top-level design,provide financial support,and connect the supply side and demand side of public art education services.High-quality art resources should be truly introduced into schools,and the role of public art education in state-owned theaters will be fully played.
