“创与融”:文化艺术机构商业模式创新探析——基于雅昌文化集团的单案例研究

摘要 当前,各类文化艺术机构面临着新的挑战和机遇,需要对其商业模式不断创新,以提升自身的竞争力。本文基于经典冰山理论,提出了基于内外部要素的商业模式反馈系统模型,其中内部核心要素包括创始人、关键技术、品牌扩张、信息来源、拓展渠道以及合作关系,外部核心要素包括技术、监管、市场以及行业环境。本文选取雅昌文化集团作为案例进行深入研究,验证了该模型的合理性和有效性,为文化艺术机构探索商业模式创新的路径和方法提供了新的思路和经验。 With the sustained and stable development of China's economy and the increasingly complex and diverse external environment,various cultural and artistic institutions are facing new challenges and opportunities.In order to stay undefeated in the fierce market competition,these institutions need to innovate their business models constantly to enhance their competitiveness.Based on the classic iceberg theory,this article proposes a feedback system model for business models based on internal and external factors.The internal core elements include founder,key technology,brand expansion,information sources,expansion channels,and partnerships,while the external core elements include technology,regulation,market,and industry environment.This article selects Artron Culture Group as a case for in-depth research,verifying the rationality and effectiveness of this model,providing new ideas and experiences for cultural and artistic institutions on how to innovate their business models.
