I will present here some questions about a project, which had been implemented for teachers and professors of the Shanghai Theater Academy and for theater directors from all over China. The described project and its management consisted of the following:Having chosen a theater festival in Europe, the visit to this festival was carefully planned for about 10 days and for about 30 participants. The management of such a project cannot only be in the planning and successful execution, but also, precisely because it is intercultural and unfamiliar, must take into account softer factors that are more likely to be found in areas that are commonly called“human”.So the“human factor”is to be seen as particularly important in intercultural projects. Also, the question is asked how management succeed in entering unknown territory for both sides. For this reason, the preparation and follow-up of the project were carefully included, both in China and in Europe.
