中国爱乐乐团核心竞争力构建、分析与问题研究

On the Construction and Problems of the Core Competitiveness of China Philharmonic Orchestra

摘要 国家《“十四五”规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议》正式发布,提出要建设质量强国的发展目标,构建核心竞争力已成为国内交响乐团发展的内在要求。中国爱乐乐团作为国家级乐团,对其核心竞争力的研究有助于激发乐团内生动力,并对国内其他交响乐团起到启示与引领作用。本文以中国爱乐乐团核心竞争力为研究对象,通过梳理国内外交响乐团核心竞争力相关研究,构建中国爱乐乐团核心竞争力的层级结构,从基础层、核心层、表现层三方面,深入挖掘其构成要素,提出乐团功能定位、艺术作品与演出、组织机构及资金管理、宣传推广能力是中国爱乐乐团核心竞争力的关键因素,为乐团增强竞争能力,实现高质量发展提供建设性对策。 With the official release of the national“Suggestions on the 14th Five-Year Plan and the Long-Term Goal of 2035”,the development goal of building a quality power means that building core competitiveness has become the internal requirement for the development of domestic symphony orchestras.As a national orchestra,the research on the core competitiveness of China Philharmonic Orchestra will help stimulate the endogenous driving force of the orchestra and enlighten and lead other symphony orchestras in China.Taking the core competitiveness of China Philharmonic Orchestra as the research object,this paper constructs the hierarchical structure of the core competitiveness of China Philharmonic Orchestra by combing the relevant research on the core competitiveness of symphony orchestras at home and abroad,deeply excavates its constituent elements.From the three aspects of foundation layer,core layer and performance layer,the paper puts forward that the key factors of the core competitiveness of the Chinese philharmonic orchestra are its functional orientation,artistic works and performances,organization and fund management,publicity and promotion ability,and provides constructive countermeasures for the orchestra to enhance its competitiveness and achieve high-quality development.
