摘要
志愿者能够分担剧院工作人员的部分工作,提升剧院的工作效率,降低剧院的人力资源成本,是剧院运营管理不可或缺的一部分。本文以南京保利大剧院为研究对象,通过参与式观察法,探析剧院志愿者的管理模式,发现剧院在志愿者管理方面存在激励措施不健全、招募制度不完善、志愿者岗位单一的问题。本文针对上述问题提出了相应的对策和建议,以期为我国剧院志愿者管理模式的优化提供参考。
Volunteers can share part of the work of theatre staff,improve the work efficiency of the theatre and reduce the human resource cost of the theatre.It is an indispensable part of theatre operation and management.Taking Nanjing Poly Theatre in Nanjing City as the research object,this paper analyzes the management mode of theatre volunteers through participatory observation,and finds that there are some problems in theatre volunteer management,such as imperfect incentive measures,unsound recruitment system and single volunteer post.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide reference for the optimization of theatre volunteer management mode in China.
