镜像空间的观演体验研究——以沉浸式戏剧《不眠之夜》为例

Research on Performance Experience in Mirror Space——Taking the Immersive Drama “Sleep No More” as an Example

摘要 沉浸式戏剧本质上是一种关于空间的艺术尝试,反映了戏剧演出向体验和身体的回归。作为演出载体的剧场空间蕴含着双重镜像:一方面,它是对现实的镜像,却创造出比现实更加真实的景观;另一方面,空间与人群生产镜像隐喻,观演互动是对社会表演的摹仿和虚构。本文以英国沉浸式戏剧《不眠之夜》(Sleep No More)为例,对"麦金侬酒店"空间文本进行细读,探究剧场空间下的"观演关系"和"浸入式体验"。首先,剧场空间实现了对《麦克白》(Macbeth)文本的镜像转换,通过以身体为尺度的改造、调动感官的设计完成向知觉化的延伸。其次,在空间与观演的互动中,狂欢化、游戏化的观演互动重塑了空间,空间的结构和组织逻辑同样再造了观演行为。最后,观众是被空间裹挟的匿名群体,空间内隐秘的身体符号引导观众完成对身体的消费,体验背后蕴含着权力的控制。 As the timely development of"Environmental Theatre","Immersive Theatre"is essentially an artistic attempt on the space.To a certain extent,it is a"perceptual return"to human body.At the same time,the theatre space as performance carrier contains dual attributes of"Mirroring".On one hand,its physical construction is based on reality,but creates a more realistic mirror image;On the other hand,mirror images are produced in the interaction between space and crowd.The performance in space is the imitation and reproduction of social performance.Taking"Sleep No More"as an example,this paper peruses the spatial texts of"the McKinnon hotel"with the help of spatial theory,body consuming theory,and explores the"relationship between spectator and performer"and immersive experience.Firstly,the theater space is a mirror image of the textual space of"Macbeth".The bodycentered reconstruction and the sense-mobilized design reflect the perceptual extension of space.Secondly,in the interaction between space and performance,the orgiastic and gamified performance reshapes the space,while the spatial structure and organizational logic also realize a recreation of the performance.Lastly,the audiences form an anonymous group which is controlled by space.Cultural capital and power always exist behind the mirroring space.This thesis analyzes the relations between space and population,to explore the essence of performance and immersive experience,to interprete of the aesthetic mechanism and ideology of image space.On that basis,the dissertation also discusses the game between body and space,to explore the rationality and necessity of the transboundary attempt of"Immersive Theatre".
