播音与主持专业“能力本位”新辨

A New Debate on“Ability Standard”of Broadcasting and Hosting Specialty

"能力本位"是围绕职业能力为教学重点,同时注重培养职业素养的一种教育理念,"能力本位"一直被教育界提及。但"能力本位"传统与现代的定义、传统媒体与新媒体时代的"能力本位"、"能力本位"视域下传统与现代播音主持专业教育的这三方面具有差异。近年来,随着高等教育改革的深化与时代的发展,"能力本位"产生了根本的改变。本文以播音主持专业为例,明确传统"能力本位"与现代"能力本位"的各方面差异,力求做到能力与素质并举,让"能力本位"适应这个时代的播音与主持专业发展。

"Ability standard"is an educational concept focusing on professional ability and emphasizing cultivating professional quality."Ability standard"has always been mentioned by the educational circles.However,there are differences in these three aspects:the definition of tradition and modernity,the"ability standard"in the era of traditional media and"ability standard"in the new media.In recent years,with the deepening of higher education reform and the development of the times,fundamental changes have taken place.Taking the broadcasting and hosting specialty as an example,this paper clarifies the differences between the traditional"ability standard"and the modern"ability standard",and strives to develop both ability and quality,so as to make the"ability standard"adapt to the development of broadcasting and hosting specialty in this era.
