艺术管理专业的法学教育现状及成因分析——以艺术类院校为例

Current Situations of Legal Education in Art Management and Causes——Taking Art Colleges and Universities as Examples

随着依法治国的不断深入,艺术实践应在法律规范下开展成为社会共识,艺术市场越来越需要具备知识产权意识、掌握一定法律技能的艺术管理者。高等艺术教育应响应国家战略布局,培养适应市场发展的艺术人才。本文聚焦艺术类院校,从课程体系、教师队伍、教材建设角度阐述了艺术管理专业下法学教育的现状,对其成因进行了深入分析与思考,并提出了几点对策。

With the proceeding of rule of law,it has become a social consensus that art activities should be carried out according to the law.There is a great demand for art managers with better awareness of IPR protection and basic legal skills.Higher arts education should be in line with the national strategy and adapt to the changing market demand.This article firstly expounds the current situation of legal education in art management in art colleges and universities,and then analyzes the causes.Based on above considerations,this article puts forward several corresponding countermeasures.
