剧院管理学科专业化的必要性与可行性

当前我国剧院经过系列体制改革与机制创新,在规模、结构、效益上得到长足发展,与旅游观光、城乡改造、社会建设深度融合。然而"建剧院容易管理难"依然是中国,也是全世界共同面对的时代课题。这是由于技术劣势和体制约束带来的惯性影响。究其根本,缺乏懂艺术、擅运营的专业管理人才和紧密联系剧院实践的理论范式是剧院行业整体运营效益低下的主要原因。此刻,无论学科内部可能,还是行业外部需求,由政府推动、高校主导、社会协调开展中国剧院管理学科专业体系建设都是当务之急。

Through a series of institutional reforms and mechanism innovations,China’s theatres have made great progress in scale,structure and efficiency,and are deeply integrated with tourism,urban and rural reconstruction and social construction.However,“it is easier to build a theatre than to manage it”is still an issue facing China and the whole world.This is not just due to the inertia of technological disadvantage and institutional constraints.Fundamentally,the lack of professional management talents who understand art and are good at operation and the theoretical paradigm closely related to theatre practice are the main reasons for the low operating efficiency of the theatre industry as a whole.At the moment,for both internal or external demands of the industry,it is imperative for the government to promote,universities to lead and society to coordinate the construction of the specialized system of Chinese theatre management discipline.
