摘要
本文在对国内音乐演出行业现状、音乐场馆发展现状进行分析的基础上,对上海音乐厅展开SWOT分析,研判上海音乐厅发展现状及所面临的问题,对其在新的发展阶段的定位与思路提出对策与建议。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of domestic music performance industry and the development status of music venues,this paper carries out a SWOT analysis of Shanghai Concert Hall,studies its development status and problems confronting it,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for its positioning and thinking in the new stage of development.
