近年来,随着演出市场竞争环境愈发激烈,我国越来越多的民营话剧团面临着生存困境。为此,本文基于对现有文献资料及相关案例的搜集与分析,运用理论联系实际的研究方法,通过对当下民营话剧团的竞争环境及生存困境的具体阐述,从产品内容、受众群体、剧目制作等方面提出了相应的解决对策,旨在为当下困境之中的民营话剧团提供一定的参考。

In recent years,with the increasingly fierce competition in the performance market,more and more private drama troupes in my country are facing survival dilemmas.Therefore,based on the collection and analysis of existing literature and related cases,using the research method of combining theory with practice,through the analysis of the current competitive environment and sur-vival dilemmas of private drama groups,proposed corresponding solutions in terms of product content,audience groups,and dra-ma production.It aims to provide a reference for the private drama troupe in the current predicament.
