摘要
观众拓展与教育是关乎艺术场馆可持续发展的核心业务,也是艺术管理学研究的前沿及热点议题。近年来,随着政策环境的变化和场馆实践的深入,仅仅从艺术机构内部某个部门或某个业务范畴入手,已经无法涵盖这个议题的基本面。本文从艺术与社会交互的角度入手,以剧院场馆为主要观察对象,力图对当下以及未来一段时期剧院公共艺术教育实践范式进行探讨。文章指出,剧院管理者应该基于新发展理念对场馆运营进行再定位,树立"整体艺术教育观",建构推动剧院高质量发展的协同创新实践范式。
Audience development and public education are the core businesses related to the sustainable development of art venues,and are also the frontier and hot topics of art management research.In recent years,with the changes in the policy envi-ronment and the deepening of the arts management in theatres,it is no longer possible to cover the fundamentals of this topic sim-ply by starting from a certain department or a certain business category within an art institution.Starting from the perspective of the interaction between art and society,this article takes theatre venues as the main observation object,and tries to explore the prac-tice paradigm of theatre public art education at present and in the future.The article points out that theatre managers should re-position the operation of the venue based on"the mew development concept",establish the"holistic view of art education"and build a collaborative innovation practice paradigm that promotes the high-quality development of theatres.
