突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情给国内艺术行业带来巨大的冲击和深远的影响,民营演出业所遭受的损失尤为惨重,复工也将更为艰难,这主要是由表演艺术固有的"成本压力"、民营演出业本身的特殊性与新冠肺炎疫情的复杂性等多种因素交织、叠加导致的。正是如此,疫情期间民营演出机构推出的线上演艺只能是现场演出的临时替代,根本无法在正常情况下替代现场演出;而疫情之后演出市场也很难出现因文化消费的补偿心理所带来的大规模增长。鉴于民营演出业对丰富城乡文化市场,促进人员灵活就业,以及在困难时期重塑社会信心、增强社会活力方面具有重大意义,政府应该从自救纾困及自主发展两方面给予民营演出业有针对性、精准度的扶持举措,并有效规避政府艺术支持可能导致的低效率和不公平风险。而民营演出业首先需要抱团取暖,共渡难关;其次面对疫情持续带来的不确定性以及后疫情时期演出业重新洗牌的变数,更加需要苦练内功,以质取胜,争取社会力量形成支持表演艺术发展的合力。

COVID-19 pandemic has brought great and far-reaching impact on the domestic art industry.The loss of the private performing industry has been particularly heavy,showing a fundamental,comprehensive and long-term character.It will be more difficult to resume work,which is mainly caused by the interweaving and superposition of many factors such as the inherent cost pressure of the performing arts,the particularity of the private performing industry itself and the complexity of the COVID-19 pandemic.This is why the online performances launched by private performing agencies during the epidemic period can only be temporary substitutes for live performances,which can not replace live performances under normal circumstances;and after the epidemic,it is difficult to see a large-scale growth in the performance market due to the compensation psychology of cultural consumption.In view of the great significance of private performing industry in enriching urban and rural cultural market,promoting flexible employment of personnel,rebuilding social confidence and enhancing social vitality in difficult times,the government should give targeted and accurate support measures to private performance industry from two aspects of self-rescue and selfdevelopment,and effectively avoid the risk of inefficiency and unfairness caused by government art support.The private performing industry needs to weather the difficulties together;secondly,in the face of the uncertainty brought by the continuous epidemic situation and the re-shuffling variables of the performance industry in the post epidemic-period,it is even more necessary to practice harder,and strive for social forces to form the joint strength to support the development of performing arts.
