Impact of COVID-19 Epidemic on Shanghai Performing Arts Industry and Its Countermeasures

岁末年初以来,新冠肺炎疫灾给全国演艺行业造成了巨大的打击,立志打造"亚洲演艺之都"的上海遭受的损失尤为严重。在疫情发展的不同阶段,上海市演艺业面临着企业运营现金流紧张、票务信息处理繁复、防疫消毒方案定制困难、上座率的严格控制、演出恢复后的"同行竞争"、观众消费信心不足和疫情发展的国际化等困境。面对这些挑战,论文从目前生存及长远发展两方面为上海市演艺业提出了具有高效益、高精准的扶持举措,同时提出了保证具体执行上的落实的路径;并且提出了演艺行业走出困境的对策:演艺企业既要开源节流,保证企业的生存能力,又要积蓄力量,做好员工培训和新兴业务拓展;行业的个人则要苦练内功、长远的思考和规划自己的职业生涯。

COVID-19 Epidemic has caused a great blow to the national performing arts industry since the beginning of the year.The loss of Shanghai,which is determined to create the"Asian Performing Capital",is particularly serious.At different stages of the epidemic development,the performing arts industry in Shanghai is faced with such dilemmas as cash flow shortage in business op-eration,complicated ticket information processing,difficulty in customizing epidemic prevention and killing programs,"peer compe-tition"after performance recovery,strict control of attendance,insufficient consumer confidence of the audience and internationaliza-tion of the epidemic development.In the face of these challenges,the difficulties faced by Shanghai municipal government,per-forming arts enterprises and relevant employees are different,but there is no doubt that the difficulty level is"unprecedented".Shanghai’s performing arts industry is not only an important pillar of Shanghai’s culture and economy,but also an important symbol to build Shanghai’s cultural and artistic capital.Therefore,the government should provide high-efficiency and precise support mea-sures for the performing arts industry in Shanghai from the two aspects of current survival and long-term development,while ensur-ing the implementation of specific actions;the enterprises in the performing arts industry should,on the one hand,open up re-sources and cut costs to ensure the viability of enterprises,on the other hand,accumulate strength,do a good job in staff training and new business development,and seek policy support,wait for time to change;individuals in the industry have to work hard,think long-term and plan their career.
