A Study on the Management of American Association of Community Theatre

戏剧是人民群众喜闻乐见的艺术形式和艺术活动,而戏剧如何通过现有的条件与人民生活产生便捷的积极互动,这是个值得研究的话题。本文研究美国社区剧院的形成历史和发展、演员构成及演出模式、美国社区戏剧协会的组织模式及其与美国社区剧院运营如何结合,怎样对社区戏剧的发展起到推动作用,希望能为我国社区剧院的发展提供一定的经验和借鉴作用。

Theater is a popular artistic form and activity,and how theater interacts with people with limited infrastructure and facilities is a problem worth studying.This paper studies the history and development of American community theatres,their actor composition and performance activities,and how American Association of Community Theatre(AACT)combines with community theaters to promote their management and development,in hope of providing a source of reference to the community theaters in China.
