摘要
音乐厅作为专业表演音乐艺术的演出场馆之一,与其他演出场馆相比,有其独有的音乐艺术表演的专业性和面向观众的专门性。在新时代社会主义文化繁荣发展背景下,面对这一"特殊性"音乐厅类专业演出场馆,场馆管理者如何抓住机遇做到创新性及可持续性运营管理?如何在其发展策略上突出自身优点紧紧抓住市场需求变化?笔者以星海音乐厅为例,简述其在面对自身发展的制约下,如何在政策性支持下,从品牌建设、专业服务等方面提出一系列演出场馆创新在地化运营管理策略建议。
As one of the performance venues for professional performance of music and art,the concert hall has its own professional performance of music and artistic performance and speciality for the audience compared with other performance venues.In the context of the prosperity and development of the socialist culture in the new era,in the face of this"speciality"concert hall professional performance venues,how do venue managers seize the opportunity to achieve innovative and sustainable operation management?How to highlight its own advantages in its development strategy and firmly grasp the changes in market demand?Taking the Xinghai Concert Hall as an example,the author briefly describes how to propose a series of performance venues innovation in local operation and management strategy suggestions,in terms of brand building and professional services under the constraints of self-development.
