随着上海市高质量发展的步伐加快及上海人口老龄化趋势的加剧,上海市轨道交通无障碍出行的适老服务已经成为一项社会关注的热点问题。通过剖析轨道交通无障碍出行的适老服务现状,基于马斯洛需求层次理论分析理论,聚焦老年乘客的实际乘车需求,找准需求,提出适配改进方向。

With the acceleration of Shanghai’s high-quality development and the intensification of its population aging trend,the demand in elderly-friendly service of accessible trips of Shanghai rail transit has become a hot issue of social concern.By analyzing the present status of the elderly-friendly service of accessible trips of Shanghai rail transit based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,and focusing on the actual riding need of elderly passengers,the demand is accurately identified and the direction of adaptation and improvement is proposed.
