摘要
近年来,随着城市化、机动化的快速发展,区域人口正持续向中心城市集中,中心城市空间向外围拓展形成多个新城区,老城区因居住品质不高、设施落后等原因,人口向外围疏解趋势明显,老城区与新城区之间职住分离严重、交通需求快速增长、设施供给严重不足,交通供需矛盾激化,拥堵问题日益严重,已经成为城市发展的重要障碍。本文以长春为例,通过深入分析拥堵成因,提出在城市空间外拓阶段新老城区交通综合治理策略,以供处于同类发展阶段的城市借鉴。
In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization and motorization,the regional population has been continuously concentrated in the central city,and the central city space has expanded to the periphery to form multiple new urban areas.Due to reasons such as low living quality and outdated facilities,the population in the old urban area has shown a clear trend towards the periphery.There is a serious separation of occupation and residence between the old and new urban areas,a rapid increase in transportation demand,and a serious shortage of facilities supply.The contradiction between transportation supply and demand has intensified,and congestion has become an important obstacle to urban development.This article takes Changchun as an example,and through in-depth analysis of the causes of congestion,proposes comprehensive traffic management strategies for new and old urban areas in the stage of urban spatial expansion,for reference by cities in similar development stages.
