前海作为粤港澳大湾区核心中的核心,肩负着“建设国际化城市新中心”的战略使命,致力于打造具有竞争力、创新力和影响力的卓越全球标杆城区,需要高品质、高标准建设的基础设施予以支撑。因此,前海亟需发展精细化设计,支撑前海城市发展。阐述前海精细化设计的总体及具体要求,介绍前海对于精细化设计的具体工程实践项目,为后续项目的高品质实施提供宝贵经验,也表明了高品质街区的打造具有可参考、可复制性。

As the core of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area,Qianhai shoulders the strategic mission of"building an international city new center"and is committed to creating an outstanding global benchmark urban area with competitiveness,innovation,and influence.It requires high-quality and high standard infrastructure to support it.Therefore,Qianhai urgently needs to develop refined design to support its urban development.This paper briefly elaborates on the overall and specific requirements of Qianhai's refined design.At the same time,the specific engineering practice projects of Qianhai for fine design are introduced,providing valuable experience for the high-quality implementation of subsequent projects,and also indicating that the construction of high-quality neighborhoods is referenceable and replicable.
