摘要
在交通基础设施建设放缓的新形势下,交通规划方案不应将落脚点过多的放在交通设施供给和布局上,应转变为以提升企业人群出行服务体验感为目标。首先,通过深入挖掘手机GPS定位大数据的潜在价值,将数据分析内容和交通规划方案紧密结合,衔接融合,研究高新园区企业人员不同类型的人才出行活动特征和服务需求;其次,在此基础上将传统的交通规划思路进行优化,提出目标圈层和出行体验感的出行服务导向,构建出行服务全链条评估体系,从而制定出行服务方案;最后,为新形势下交通规划思路与方法提供借鉴和指导性意见。
Under the new situation of the slowdown in the construction of transportation infrastructure,the transportation planning plan should not be placed on the supply and layout of traffic facilities too much,but should be transformed into aimed at improving the experience of travel service experience in the corporate population.Firstly,this article is in depth the potential value of the GPS positioning of mobile phone GPS,closely integrates data analysis content and traffic planning schemes,connects integration,and studies the characteristics and service needs of different types of talent travel activities in high-tech parks.Secondly,On this basis,optimize the traditional traffic planning ideas,propose travel services with target circle and travel experience,build a full chain evaluation system for travel services,so as to formulate travel service solutions.Finally,As a result,the thinking and methods of traffic planning in the new situation have provided reference and guiding opinions.
