存量更新背景下的城市交通品质提升路径研究

Path for Improving Urban Transportation Quality Under the Context of Urban Renewal

随着城市与交通空间逐步走向以存量为主的发展阶段,如何有效开展交通治理和品质提升工作已经成为研究的新热点。存量更新地区的交通改善方案应更加注重以人民为中心、可持续发展的理念,发挥渐进式更新和交通需求管理的重要作用,逐步营造品质化的人居空间。以北京市朝阳区常营地区为例,通过大数据辅助分析、现场调研和社区访谈等形式开展精细化的出行特征画像工作,以交通系统和街道空间评估为基础,聚焦交通服务短板和重点问题,明确交通品质提升的路径和方向,并提出有针对性的改善策略和项目清单。研究路径、研究成果和自下而上的公众参与、设计反馈形式也可以为北京及其他城市类似地区的交通改善提供参考依据。

As urban spaces gradually move towards a stock-based development stage,how to effectively carry out traffic management and quality improvement has become a new hot spot for research.Traffic improvement programs for urban renewal areas should pay more attention to the concept of people-centered and sustainable development,play an important role in progressive renewal and traffic demand management,and gradually create a quality human space.Taking Changying area in Chaoyang District,Beijing as an example,the study carries out a refined travel characteristic portrait work through big dataassisted analysis,on-site research and community interviews,etc.The study is based on the assessment of the transportation system and street space,focuses on the shortcomings of the transportation service and the key problems,clarifies the path and direction of the transportation quality improvement,and puts forward the targeted improvement strategy and the list of projects.The research paths,findings and bottom-up forms of public participation and design feedback can also provide a reference basis for transportation improvement in Beijing and similar areas in other cities.
