枢纽建设驱动城市更新片区复兴规划实践——以雅园枢纽为例

Hub Construction Driving Urban Renewal Planning Practice:A Case Study of Yayuan Hub

随着城市的发展,老城区出现交通拥堵、用地紧张、城市品质低下等问题,城市发展陷入困境,需借由城市更新焕发新生。结合相关经验,发现引入轨道交通枢纽是破局城市更新片区发展困境的一剂良药。以深圳市罗湖区雅园枢纽为例,对城市更新背景下枢纽的规划建设做了积极的探索与研究,总结了城市更新片区引入枢纽后轨道交通线站位布局如何调整、道路交通如何协同改造、地上/地下空间如何打造等相关经验,为以后类似项目规划建设提供参考。

The development of the city has brought about various issues in the old city,such as traffic congestion,land shortage,and low urban quality,posing challenges to urban development.Urban renewal is necessary to revitalize the area.Drawing from relevant experiences,it is found that introducing a rail hub can effectively address the development dilemma faced by urban renewal areas.Taking Yayuan Hub in Shenzhen Luohu area as a case study,this paper actively explores and examines the planning and construction of the hub within the context of urban renewal.It also summarizes key insights on how to adjust the layout of rail stations after introducing a hub in an urban renewal area,coordinate road traffic transformation,and create above-ground/underground space.This will serve as a valuable reference for future similar projects.
