Exploring the Implementation Mechanism for High-quality New Urban Street Design:A Case Study of Xiong'an New Area

为解决传统城市街道规划设计理念难以完整贯彻实现的问题,本文探讨了基于新城建设的街道设计实施机制。首先,分析传统城市街道设计实施面临的挑战;其次,从管理架构、方案审查和全过程督导角度总结先进城市街道设计实施经验;最后,阐述雄安新区在街道设计导则编制、管理架构设计、审查机制构建、设计师全程把控等方面的建设经验,并提出未来发展思考。

To solve the problems that traditional urban street planning and design concepts are difficult to fully implement,the street design implementation mechanism based on a new city construction was innovatively researched.Firstly,analyse the challenges in the implementation of traditional urban street designs.Secondly,summarize the advanced experiences of urban street design implementation from the perspective of management structure,program review and comprehensive supervision.Finally,expound on the construction experience of Xiong'an New Area in street design guidelines design,management structures construction,review mechanisms and designers control,and put forward thoughts on future development.
