摘要
随着城市高速发展,交通需求与道路资源供给矛盾凸显,新一代信息技术为交通治理提供了新动力。分析后基建时代街区治理面临的复杂性挑战,包括复杂网络感知、知识分析和协同治理能力不足。针对这些问题,提出基于“云边端”技术架构的智慧街区协同治理关键技术,包括感知与控制设备布局、个体出行链时空规律辨识和云边端协同技术。应用案例显示,智慧街区在深圳福田中心区等地取得显著成效。最后,总结深圳的探索经验,展望智慧街区在推动城市管理现代化和提升市民幸福感方面的潜力。
With rapid urban development,there is a prominent contradiction between traffic demand and road resource supply,while the new generation of information technology provides impetus for traffic governance.The paper analyzes complex challenges faced by block governance in this era,including intricate network perception,knowledge analysis,and insufficient capacity for collaborative governance.To address these issues,key technologies for smart block collaborative governance based on the"cloud edge"technology architecture are proposed,encompassing perception and control equipment deployment,spatio-temporal identification of individual travel patterns,and cloud-edge collaboration technology.Application cases demonstrate significant achievements of smart blocks in Shenzhen Futian Central District and other locations.The paper summarizes Shenzhen's exploration experience and anticipates the potential of smart blocks to promote urban management modernization and enhance citizens'well-being.
