摘要
针对城市轨道交通环线线路沿线土地利用与线路客流之间的相关关系,基于国内已建“环线+放射性”轨道交通网络客流特征和环线线路客流特征,分析线路周边土地利用特征、枢纽和换乘站点,提出规划环线土地利用优化建议。分析总结不同城市环线客流特征,归纳环线客流特征的相同点和不同点,分析不同城市客流差异原因,提出利用轨道交通环线发展城市副中心,带动沿线产业发展的理念,同时完善出行方式,形成“轨道交通+公交+慢行”出行模式,为其他规划轨道交通环线线网城市提供参考。
In view of the correlation between land use and passenger flow along the loop line of urban rail transit,this paper analyzes the characteristics of land use around the line,hubs and transfer stations based on the passenger flow characteristics of the"loop+radioactive"rail network and the loop line in China,and puts forward suggestions for land use optimization of the loop line planning.This paper analyzes and summarizes the passenger flow characteristics of different urban ring lines,summarizes the similarities and differences of the passenger flow characteristics of ring lines,analyzes the possible causes of the passenger flow differences of different cities,puts forward the concept of developing the urban sub-center by using rail ring lines to drive the development of industries along the lines,and forms the travel mode of"rail+bus+walk",which can provide reference for other cities planning rail ring lines network.
