通过梳理现状公共通道在规划、建设、管理等阶段的不足,总结经验,对公共通道的分级分类、规划标准和技术要求等方面进行深入研究,并对后续建设和管理提出引导和建议,以期可以有效指导公共通道的规划建设,优化主城区重点更新地区的路网结构,提高路网密度、慢行交通可达性和路网组织的灵活性,打造“15 min社区生活圈”,促进人民城市建设。

By sorting out the problems in the planning,construction,management and other stages of the current public road,this study summarizes experience and conducts in-depth research on the classification,planning standards and technical requirements of the public road,and puts forward guidance suggestions for the subsequent construction and management,with a view to effectively guiding the planning and construction of the public road,optimizing the road network structure of the key renewal areas in the main urban area,and improving the density of the road network and the accessibility of slow traffic and the flexibility of road network organization,in order to create a"15-minute community life circle"and promote the construction of people's cities.
