摘要
随着新型冠状病毒感染疫情情况(简称“疫情”)防控的常态化,车站的运营管控会随着防疫要求及管理发生差异性变化,通过对疫情前后的客流进行分析,挖掘上海地铁客流特征,并从人员、乘客、应急等方面对车站管控的差异性进行深入剖析,提出车站运营管控的优化建议。
With the normalization of pandemic control and prevention,the operation and control of metro stations have also undergone differentiation changes along with pandemic prevention and management requirements.This paper analyzes the passenger flow before and after the pandemic,unearths the characteristics of the passenger flow of Shanghai Metro,deeply analyzes the differentiation in metro station management and control in terms of personnel,passengers and emergency,etc.,and puts forward optimizing suggestions for metro station management and control.
